Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an Electrician/Instrument (EI) Technician to support Bristol-Croydon operations in Pennsylvania.

This role focuses on safe, reliable maintenance of instrumentation and electrical systems across production plants, ensuring efficient operation and data-driven reliability improvements. The candidate will calibrate, test, and repair instrumentation, collaborate with maintenance and operations teams, and participate in the Global Maintenance Work Process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in instrumentation maintenance role.
• Willing to work overtime and answer emergency calls outside normal hours.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain instrument and electrical equipment focus in assigned area.
• Set up, calibrate, test, and repair electrical controls and instruments.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and document failure analyses.
• Provide reliable technical support to equipment owners and plant personnel.
• Participate in Global Maintenance Work Process for E/I work.
