The Maryland-National Capital Park & Planning Commission is seeking a part-time Instructor for the Northern Recreation & Leisure Services Division in Prince George's County. Classes will be held at community centers, public schools, and other Prince George's County locations.

Teach What You Love! Be a part-time Instructor for the Northern Recreation & Leisure Services Division of Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission's Prince George's County Department of Parks and Recreation. Classes will be located in community centers, public schools, and other Prince George's County locations.

Some of the instructional areas available include, but are not limited to:

• Crafting (Sewing, Crocheting, Scrapbooking, etc.)
• Dance (African, Ballet, Line, Hand, etc.)
• Enrichment (Language, Tutoring, Computer, STEM)
• Fitness (Cross Training, Sports Specific, Boot Camp, Spinning, Personal Trainers, etc.)
• Martial Arts (Aikido, Judo, Karate, Tae Kwon Do, etc.)
• Mind and Body (Tai Chi, Yoga, Meditation, etc.)
• Music (Instrumental and Voice)
• Sports (Basketball, Soccer, T-Ball, Tennis, Tumbling, etc.)

Required

• Be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Have access to reliable transportation.
• Possess a combination of education, experience, and certifications relevant to the instructional field.

Preferred

• Administrative experience managing and/or supervising a related program is desirable.
