Qualifications

• At least five years of teaching experience in an elementary school.
• For Instructor: Ed.S. degree or higher in elementary education or related field.
• For Assistant Professor: terminal degree in elementary education and potential for scholarship.

Responsibilities

• Teach a 24-hour load per academic year.
• Pursue scholarship through publications, presentations, and grant-writing (optional for non-tenure track).
• Contribute to university, P-12 schools, and professional groups.
