Position Summary: LSU Health New Orleans School of Nursing is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our faculty as a school of nursing excellence within an academic health sciences center environment. The incumbent in this position performs academic advising, enhances the professional development of faculty and staff of the academic success center, and performs coaching activities with the purpose of promoting academic standards and student success. The incumbent will also support clinical nursing education through support of student clinical learning experiences. Our nursing faculty have the opportunity to educate future nurses at the BSN level, including state-of-the-art simulation laboratories; conduct nursing & interdisciplinary research; engage in faculty practice; pursue entrepreneurial and consultative activities; and serve as a nursing leader and development of leadership skills through our Leadership Scholars Academy. Required Education: Master's Degree in Nursing, limited exceptions; Doctorate Degree required for Assistant Professor
