The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree in Nursing with an unencumbered NC RN license and 2 years RN experience, plus teaching adults or supervising nurse aides.

g. Provides instructional, laboratory, clinical, or other program coverage as needed to support continuity of instruction and student services.
h. May assist with coverage during staffing shortages, schedule adjustments, enrollment growth, special initiatives, or other operational needs of the division.
i. Exercise stewardship of college facilities and materials.
j. Record and provide attendance data in accordance with College Policies and Procedures.
k. Demonstrates flexibility and a collaborative approach in supporting the needs of students, the program, the Health Sciences division, and the College.
