About the Role

You will play a key role in building and mentoring a team of certified instructors, ensuring their effectiveness and promoting student success.

Your leadership will expand our capacity by recruiting skilled practitioners with dual delivery and teaching capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the entire training lifecycle: sales, logistics, course and exam voucher ordering, and student registration management.
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with training partners, leveraging instructor resources and forging strategic alliances to expand revenue through partnerships.
  • Champion our strategic alignment with the DVMS Institute, ensuring training programs are integrated with its solutions and service models.
  • Lead internal training programs, drive growth in SkillsTX's SFIA-based skills assessment platform, and support the Cybersecurity Internship Program through collaboration with colleges and universities.
Qualifications for Success
  • Proven ability to write and deliver compelling technical training in cybersecurity, with demonstrated success in managing training programs, instructor teams, and partnerships.
  • Experience in spearheading training capture efforts in Federal, SLED, and commercial markets.
  • Strong understanding of the NIST NICE & SFIA Frameworks and related educational standards, with industry-recognized certifications (e.g., ISC² CISSP, CompTIA Security+/CySA+/CASP+, Cisco).
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel and reside within a four-hour drive of Wyckoff, NJ; a two-hour or less commute is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, ITSM/ITOM, or technical training.
  • 3 years in a leadership role.
