What will you do?

You pass on your love for the profession to vocational secondary school students in the Green, Land & Green Infrastructure programme. You are dealing with students at levels 2, 3 and 4 who are following the training in the BOL or BBL variant. As an instructor, you will provide practical training in the field of agricultural and infrastructure work, giving instructions and guiding the students in the execution of assignments and educational projects. In addition, you will also provide practical training in engineering. You are aware of developments within the field and possess the appropriate professional skills. You have connections with the business community and know how to maintain them. As an instructor, you have demonstrable knowledge and work experience in the field, preferably in the direction of the aforementioned degree program. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate instructor who enjoys sharing their knowledge and skills with our students and who works towards our shared team goals.

• you have demonstrable affinity with the target group;

The function is valued at scale 7 of the mbo collective agreement, which ranges from a minimum of €2,650 per month to a maximum of €3,920 per month for a full‑time employment contract. Salary is based on your profile and experience. If you also have a pedagogical didactic education for instructors, salary in scale 8 is also an option, depending on your profile and experience.
