Job summary

Vonk Purmerend zoekt per direct een OOM-supervisor/leraarassistent voor 0,6 FTE ter vervanging wegens moeder-dochterverlof. Je organiseert ondersteuning voor leerlingen en studenten, begeleidt examenkandidaten en stuurt de les- en ondersteuningsactiviteiten aan in nauwe afstemming met docenten en mentoren.

Je hebt een mbo4-opleiding in pedagogiek of een onderwijsassistent-diploma, bent communicatief vaardig, teamgericht en flexibel.

Qualifications

• Relevante pedagogische opleiding op mbo-niveau 4 en/of diploma onderwijsassistent.
• Goeie communicatieve vaardigheden aangepast aan de gesprekspartner.
• Zichtbaar en benaderbaar, goed samenwerken binnen een team.
• Actieplannen bijwerken en doelen evalueren en bijsturen in overleg.
• Nauwkeurig en stressbestendig.
• Goede plannings- en organisatorische vaardigheden.
• Affiniteit met VWO-studenten en VWO-onderwijs.
• Kennis van studenten uit het speciaal onderwijs.
• Ondernemend en flexibel, gemotiveerde leerlingen.

Responsibilities

• Je organiseert docent- en studentondersteunende activiteiten en bewaakt de OOM-voorziening op de vestiging Purmerend.
• Begeleiden van leerlingen die extra ondersteuning nodig hebben bij examsituaties en bij leren plannen.
• Vrijwillig toezicht houden op groepen en individuele leerlingen en afstemmen met docenten, mentoren en toezichthouders.

The Purmerend branch is looking for a temporary replacement starting October 19 due to maternity leave. Therefore, we have a vacancy for:

OOM supervisor/teaching assistant
0.6 FTE

What will you do?
You organize teacher-supporting and student-supportive activities and supervise the OOM facility at the Purmerend branch. Your duties mainly include taking care of students who need additional facilities for exams. In addition, you support students who need extra support, for example when they still have to learn to organize and plan their activities, or you support the teachers and mentors in this role. You independently supervise groups and individual students and coordinate this with the teachers, mentors, and supervisors. Managing resources and materials and recording your findings are part of your duties. You ensure a safe learning environment and are able to get the most out of each student. You also perform supporting tasks in the broadest sense of the word.
