If you have experience in facilitating and instructing Fitness classes, Associated Recreation Council (ARC) has a role for you asInstructor- FITNESS Strength and Conditioning- Older Adults (Ballard /Bitter Lake /Loyal Heights /Magnolia /Queen Anne Community Center).These are year-round part-time roles.
ARC, in partnership with Seattle Parks and Recreation, serves Seattle by offering access to licensed childcare and a variety of recreational and lifelong learning programs, classes, and activities.The Instructor- FITNESS Strength and Conditioning will design and lead safe and effective standing and chair fitness, stretching, movement exercise & resistance training programs, tailoring them to individuals' needs and abilities, while promoting healthy lifestyles and overall well-being.
