Circuit Stream Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic educator to teach a Finance & Investment Management curriculum to teens at the University of Central Florida in Orlando.

You will guide 13–17 year olds through market analysis, simulations, and fintech tools, delivering engaging, real-world finance lessons with hands-on participation. Ideal candidates have finance or fintech background, a related degree (or progress toward advanced degrees), and strong classroom facilitation and communication

Qualificações

• Experience in finance or investment management training for youth preferred.
• Degree in related field or progress toward Masters/PhD.
• Strong foundation in investment fundamentals, portfolio construction, market data, diversification and risk.

We’re looking for finance, investment, or fintech practitioners, educators, or Masters/PhD students who can make learning about money, markets, investing, and digital finance understandable and engaging for teenagers.

Role Details

Delivery: In person at the University of Central Florida

Teaching dates and hours: June 21 - July 2, 2027 from 8:45am to 4:45 pm

Compensation: USD 1,650 per week

Training: Required instructor training/onboarding when hired; additional 2-3 hours in June before courses begin.

Other: A background check will be required before working with youth learners.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver Circuit Stream’s provided Finance & Investment Management curriculum with energy, clarity, and strong classroom facilitation.
• Guide students through market analysis, portfolio simulations, investment decision-making, fintech tools, and group activities while ensuring learners are meeting the course learning objectives.
• Help students interpret market data, question hype‑driven claims, understand risk, and recognize misinformation, scams, and responsible approaches to financial and crypto research.
• Create an inclusive, positive classroom environment and use appropriate behavior‑management techniques to reinforce expectations, rules, responsible technology use, and safety requirements.
• Supervise students during scheduled indoor and outdoor activities outside classroom instruction each day, while monitoring learner progress and communicating concerns or support needs to the Circuit Stream team.

What We’re Looking For

• You genuinely enjoy working with teenagers and know how to keep a group engaged, participating, and excited to learn.
• Professional, academic, or substantial project experience in finance, investment management, financial technology, banking, wealth management, or a related field.
• A completed degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Financial Technology, or a related discipline; or Masters/PhD in progress, or equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of investment fundamentals, portfolio construction, market data, diversification, and risk.
• Comfort with tools such as TradingView, Yahoo Finance, paper‑trading platforms, and the ability to learn provided tools quickly.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, plus teaching, tutoring, mentoring, coaching, camp, or youth‑program experience is strongly preferred.
