Job summary

ARSIEM Corporation in Pensacola, FL seeks an Instructor for Cyberspace Operations: Protocol Analysis to deliver highly technical CO training in a military environment. The role includes lectures, labs, and exercises across DoD curricula, with student tutoring and assessment conducted in a lab setting.

You will help develop curriculum, deliver material via interactive learning, and align with Program of Instruction. Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required; U.S. citizenship is a must.

Qualifications

• Advanced Networking Protocols: TCP, UDP, ARP, ICMP, DHCP, FTP, TFTP, HTTP, DNS, VOIP, SIP, SNMP, SMB - Advanced
• Advanced Packet reconstruction: Identify protocols using hex dumps and traces - Advanced
• Intermediate Protocol analysis w/ tools such as Wireshark: need bit-level knowledge of listed protocols with Wireshark/TCPDump

Responsibilities

• Deliver CO training as Instructor for Protocol Analysis in a military environment (lectures, labs, exercises)
• Assist in developing CO training curriculum (lecture content, guides, exams, exercises, simulations)
• Provide instruction per the course Program of Instruction
• Conduct labs, study hall, and tutoring for up to twenty students per class
• Incorporate technical knowledge into training delivery
• Assess student knowledge and proficiency in topics
• Deliver instruction via synchronous and asynchronous learning activities
• Review training materials and recommend improvements
• DoD 8140.01/8570.01-M Level II certifications are desired but not required

ARSIEM is looking for an Instructor Cyberspace Operations: Protocol Analysis to deliver Cyberspace Operations (CO) training. The position will support one of our Government clients in Pensacola, FL.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as CO Instructor for Protocol Analysis by delivering highly technical training in a military environment consisting of lectures, labs, exercises, and other delivery methods.
• Assist with developing CO training curriculum (lecture content, student/instructor guides, exams, exercises, simulations, etc.).
• Provide instruction that teaches assigned students as described in the course Program of Instruction.
• Conduct practical exercises in a laboratory environment, conduct student study hall periods, and provide tutoring/remedial instruction for up to twenty students per class.
• Incorporate/impart technical knowledge into their training delivery.
• Assess student knowledge, skills, and abilities to gauge student proficiency in the topic.
• Deliver instruction via interactive synchronous and asynchronous learning activities.
• Review and analyze training materials and recommend changes.
• DoDD 8140.01/DoD 8570.01-M Level II certifications are desired but not required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Advanced Networking Protocols: TCP, UDP, ARP, ICMP, DHCP, FTP, TFTP, HTTP, DNS, VOIP, SIP, SNMP, SMB - Advanced
• Advanced Packet reconstruction: Identify protocols using hex dumps and traces - Advanced
• Intermediate Protocol analysis w/ tools such as Wireshark: Must have knowledge to the bit level of all above protocols using tools such as Wireshark and TCPDump
• Wireshark Certified Network Analyst or Network+ is desired

Clearance Requirement

This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
