Position Overview:

Gold Coast is always looking to add top-quality instructors to our team of dedicated professionals. Gold Coast offers various schedules for pre-license and continuing education courses in English and Spanish throughout their Florida locations.

An individual in this position provides classroom and Livestream pre-licensure instruction to students wishing to become community association managers in the State of Florida, and continuing education instruction to individuals with their CAM license (to meet State of Florida requirements). An individual selected for this position is expected to attend periodic meetings with the Program Director, for the purpose of reviewing changes to the CAM program, and to provide input to the CAM program. An instructor is expected to study all materials and achieve a level of proficiency in order to teach the assigned courses. I have included a Job Profile for the position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Instruction of in-class or online (Livestream) classes for students to fulfill pre-licensure education required by State of Florida to obtain a community association manager license.
• Instruction of in-class or online (Livestream) classes for students to fulfill continuing education requirements to maintain a State of Florida community association management license.
• Attendance at staff meetings. Studying and maintaining proficiency in the community association management field.
• Community association management, including all areas included in the DBPR CAM Booklet
• Working with students requiring different learning techniques
• Community association management, including all areas included in the DBPR CAM Booklet
• Working with students requiring different learning techniques

Required

• Active State of Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license
• A bachelor’s degree; and 4 years’ experience as a CAMoran associate degree and 6 years’ experience working as a CAM
• In lieu of the education indicated above, a minimum of 10 years of direct CAM experience

• Tamarac, Florida
• N. Miami Beach, Florida
• Doral, Florida
• Stuart, Florida
• Kissimmee, Florida
