We are seeking educators and professionals for Studio and/or Elective Instruction at the undergraduate or first‑professional graduate degree levels, to serve as adjunct faculty for the Summer 2026 semester. The appointment is a term appointment that may be renewed subject to unit needs, funding, and performance, and may include up to two continuous semesters.
The position is governed by a collective bargaining agreement with the University of Kansas and relevant unions; candidates may be union members or not. The University of Kansas is a right‑to‑work state, so union membership is voluntary and without repercussions. All applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. and will undergo a background check. A full remote position is not available for candidates residing in California, Idaho, Minnesota, or Delaware.
