Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced real estate instructor to teach WA licensing courses on-site in Bellevue. You will deliver course content as per plan and actively engage students in classroom and online formats.

Candidates must hold an active WA real estate license and instructor license, with DREI certification preferred. Prior teaching experience is highly valued, and weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Active WA real estate license (broker or managing broker) required.
• Active WA real estate instructor's license required.
• DREI certification preferred.
• Previous instruction and/or training experience strongly preferred/required.

• Must be willing to teach on-site classes when scheduled.
• Flexibility to teach weekend and evening classes.
• Computer with an HD camera and microphone required.
• Quiet, dedicated office space with strong internet connection required.
