Job summary

George Mason University's Mason Online division seeks an Instructional Technologist to design and implement online learning experiences and educational technology programs. You will develop curricula with instructors, integrate tech into materials, and train faculty on educational tools while supporting LMS needs.

The role may involve Navy project work contingent on funding. The position is hybrid and supports faculty in creating high-quality online courses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Professional work experience providing technology-related support to faculty (one year preferred).
• Experience building and maintaining online courses in a learning management system.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to troubleshoot instructional technology issues.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
