Job description

We are seeking multiple Instructional Systems Designers, Lead (ISD), to work as an integral part of a collaborative training development team for a DoD customer. The role is based in Florida and allows for remote work, with no travel required. As a Instructional Systems Design Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting our company's strategic initiatives by analyzing programmatic data, developing comprehensive reports, and providing actionable insights to drive project success. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. You will have a proven track record of success in program analysis and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Duties:

  1. Conducting in-depth analysis of program performance, financial data, and operational processes.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  3. Developing and maintaining program documentation, including project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  4. Providing expert advice and guidance to project managers and stakeholders on program-related matters.
  5. Utilizing advanced analytical tools and techniques to forecast program outcomes and assess risks.
  6. Preparing and presenting detailed reports and presentations to senior management and clients.
  7. Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  8. Participating in program reviews and audits, and making recommendations for enhancements.
  9. Leading and mentoring junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  10. Plans, designs, and implements innovative end-to-end entry, intermediate, and advanced level training courses or learning projects for an engaging learning experience for internal and external audiences.
  11. Develops training materials for instructors, such as online course instructional guides.
  12. Identifies and plans appropriate instructional content design strategies and objectives, curriculum, learning activities, and assessment materials based on analysis of tasks, learners, and subject matter to engage and educate end users on products, product features, or other various topics, ensuring the content matches the objectives.

Required Experience:

  1. 8-10 years of experience performing related tasking.

Required Education:

  1. BS/ BA is required, and a MS/MA is desired.
  2. Master's or PHD-preferred.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
