You will collaborate with educators and administrators, deliver professional development and coaching, and ensure curriculum alignment with standards across K-12. The posted pay ranges from USD 65,000 to USD 75,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• MA degree preferred.
• Need to obtain Education Leadership Cert or Principal Cert.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development and Implementation: Design, develop, and revise curriculum materials to align with state standards and educational best practices.
• Instructional Support and Coaching: Provide one-on-one and group coaching to teachers to enhance instructional practices.
• Professional Development: Plan, organize, and facilitate professional development workshops and training sessions.
• Assessment and Data Analysis: Assist in development and implementation of assessment tools to measure student learning and program effectiveness.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and stakeholders to support school improvement initiatives.
• Resource Management: Develop and maintain a repository of instructional resources and materials.
