Responsibilities

• Assist in facilitating the personal, social, and intellectual development of students.
• Provide instruction to students under the direction of the teacher.
• Assist teacher in preparing instructional materials and supplies.

Skills

Ability to assist in instructing reading, writing, and mathematics

Ability to work well with students

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Experience working with children

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Completed at least 48 college credit hours or ParaPro Assessment
