Required qualifications

• bachelors degree
• two to five years of similar or related experience
• courtesy, tact and diplomacy

Desired qualifications

• previous teaching experience (higher education or adult education preferred)
• ability to communicate effectively with professional personnel and with traditionally underrepresented student populations
• strong organizational and accurate recordkeeping skills
• and the ability to carry out job responsibilities with minimal direct supervision
