Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in statistics, computer science, or a closely related field.
• At least one year of university-level teaching experience as instructor of record or teaching assistant.
• Preferred: training or credentials in teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in data science or machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Teach an average of 2 courses per quarter (fall, winter, spring).
• Keep regular office hours and participate in non-classroom instructional duties.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and related service activities.
