Job summary

Alvin ISD is seeking an Instructional Paraprofessional - ESL at Rodeo Palms Junior High to support teachers with classroom activities and administrative tasks during the 2026-2027 school year.

The successful candidate will assist with instruction under the supervision of a certified teacher, with a starting salary of $19,927 for 184 instructional days. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and relevant college hours or certification as a Texas Education Aide.
