The Educational Consultant will coach teachers and administrators onsite across the five boroughs, focusing on culturally responsive pedagogy, data-informed practice, and equitable student outcomes. Strong presentation and collaboration skills are essential.

Teaching Matters has been at the front lines with our partners by supporting teachers and leaders to develop the competencies and skills critical to create culturally responsive, engaging learning experiences for all students. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to join our team to ensure every teacher and leader has the support they need to meet the needs of all students.
The primary role of the Educational Consultant will be to coach teachers and administrators onsite in schools across the 5 boroughs in the following key areas:
