Responsibilities

• Assign, inspect, and feedback on academic deliverables (coaching reflections, planning documents, data analysis)
• Coach caseload of teachers toward GPA, P/SAT growth, attendance, NGSS, AP scores, and student culture
• Plan for teacher growth, support, and development throughout the year
• Observe and debrief with teachers using progress toward goals and data evidence
• Advocate for teachers within the school and promote professional growth
• Analyze data and facilitate quarterly data conferences; intervene as needed
• Organize and deliver on-site professional development
• Coordinate standardized testing and other academic supports
• Support with hiring and onboarding for new teachers
