Job summary

Memphis-Shelby County Schools in Tennessee seeks an instructional facilitator to support on-site instructional programs across selected schools, improving utilization of instructional materials and promoting development and coordination of school instructional goals.

Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and/or Administrative & Supervision is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred in Curriculum and Instruction and/or Administrative & Supervision (Educational Leadership).
• Requires five (5) years of demonstrated successful teaching experience.
• Requires valid Tennessee Teacher's Certificate and meet the definition of 'highly qualified'.
• Grade related Endorsements required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes development, implementation and coordination of the school's instructional goals.
• Increases effectiveness of on-site instructional programs and utilization of instructional materials.
