Job summary

The University of California, Irvine (UCI) is seeking an Instructional Designer 2 to support SSDP launches and state-supported undergraduate courses within the School of Social Ecology. You will collaborate with faculty to prepare and maintain courses, troubleshoot learning technologies, and contribute to team instructional design projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience/training.
• Experience with instructional design and learning technologies.
• Familiarity with Canvas LMS and e-learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Support SSDP and undergraduate courses, launching Fall 2026.
• Collaborate with instructional design team to prepare and maintain courses.
• Troubleshoot learning technologies and provide day-to-day technical support.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews for ADA compliance and copyright adherence.
