The purpose of the role is to design and deliver training for our Customers, Internals and Partners.
The ID supports the Lead ID and researches and scripts training material, recording all training and supporting the creation and management of assets such as action maps, learning objectives, outlines, storyboarding and other documents. Usually working on 1-2 projects at a time.
