Daikin Learning drives business value by providing excellence in learning to our external and internal customers. We provide technical HVAC education to our sales and service organizations. The Senior Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing learning content that delivers performance outcomes. This role will lead design projects and will be expected to direct external instructional designers on project deliverables and day-to-day duties. Strong knowledge on a variety of learning modalities is highly desirable. The content in Daikin Learning is highly technical engineering topics and would require someone with experience on highly technical topics. The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $59,500K- $97,900K in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
