Qualifikationen

• Experience designing curriculum for online, hybrid, or technology-enhanced learning.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Experience with learning management systems and instructional technologies.
• Proficiency with multimedia design and editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, and related applications.
• Familiarity with HTML and web-based learning tools.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with faculty, staff, and students.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and enhance instructional materials for face-to-face, hybrid, and online learning environments.
• Support faculty in online course development and revision.
• Build and maintain courses in the learning management system.
• Adapt materials for multiple delivery formats.
• Create multimedia content using graphics, audio, video.
• Capture demonstrations, safety procedures, and instructional videos.
• Ensure courses meet college and distance education standards.
• Provide faculty training and technical support on instructional technologies.
