Job summary

First American Direct division is hiring a Training Designer to develop instructional content for instructor-led and digital formats. You will apply ADDIE/ARCS/Bloom’s models, collaborate with SMEs, and measure training outcomes across diverse teams.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years of experience in corporate training, strong graphic and UI design skills, and excellent communication. On-site role in Los Angeles County with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience designing training for adults in professional settings.
• Proficient in graphic/UI/interactive design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to emergent problems.

Responsibilities

• Build commercial quality learning content using ADDIE/ARCS/Bloom’s models.
• Perform needs and job analysis and communicate requirements to stakeholders.
• Gather data to determine effective learning methods for diverse groups.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and sponsors to meet learning objectives.
• Present complex information with effective instructional methods.
• Analyze training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Track employee performance and training outcomes.
• May participate in LMS administration and course maintenance.
