Job summary

College seeks an experienced instructional technology professional to advance digital learning across online, hybrid, and in-person formats. You will partner with faculty to design technology-enhanced courses, support LMS operations, and guide the use of instructional tools and accessibility standards.

You will collaborate with Academic Affairs and IT to deliver workshops, maintain knowledge resources, and support data collection for strategic planning and Title III reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in instructional technology or instructional design.
• Experience using best practices in designing and implementing online courses in a variety of formats, including asynchronous, hybrid, and hy-flex modalities.
• Collaborate with faculty to integrate technology into course design, assignments, and learning activities across online, hybrid, and face-to-face formats.
• Serve as a technology consultant for academic departments, providing guidance on digital tools that enhance teaching and learning.
• Coordinate with Information Technology Services to support system updates, troubleshooting, and classroom technology improvements.
• Participate in campus committees, working groups, or initiatives related to instructional innovation.

Responsibilities

• Support pilots, testing, and phased rollouts of new instructional tools and platforms.
• Provide feedback to strengthen digital learning strategies and long-term sustainability of instructional technology initiatives.

Collaborate with Academic Affairs staff to provide faculty and staff with timely support for instructional technology issues, including troubleshooting, consultation, and resource development.*
