IES is looking for an Instructional Designer to join our Training team in Tempe, Arizona, in a hybrid role. You’ll help develop engaging, effective learning experiences for employees across the organization while combining creativity, instructional design expertise, and technology to transform information into training that is practical, accessible, and engaging.
Reporting to the Training Manager, you’ll collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to develop and deliver training content, manage our Learning Management System (LMS), and continuously improve learning resources.
