Job summary

ProKatchers LLC is seeking an experienced instructional designer to develop and redesign military leadership training curricula and instructional materials.

The role will align learning outcomes with the Naval Leader Development Strategy (NLDS), conduct needs assessments, create objectives, outlines, instructor guides, and media, and evaluate effectiveness through pilots and Level 1 & Level 2 evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or Human Resources Development.
• 6+ years of directly applicable experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or training development.

• Develop and redesign military leadership training curriculum and instructional materials.
• Align course learning outcomes with the Naval Leader Development Strategy (NLDS).

• Create learning objectives, high-level design documents, course outlines, instructor guides, and lesson plans.
• Develop instructional media, including PowerPoint slides, graphics, audio, and video.
• Apply ADDIE, adult learning principles, and instructional strategies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through course pilots, focus groups, and Level 1 & Level 2 evaluations.
• Recommend curriculum improvements and assess instructor facilitation.
