A healthcare solutions company is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop innovative training programs. You'll work closely with various departments to identify education needs and create effective learning materials. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in instructional design and a relevant bachelor's degree. This role is fully remote, providing flexibility to work from anywhere in the Continental U.S.

The Instructional Designer role directly supports the Clinical Education Department through design & development of instructional material. This position will demonstrate and utilize effective needs analysis, project management, program development, and evaluation skills. In addition, this role will independently develop entry, intermediate, and advanced level programs for external audiences and act as a liaison between multiple departments in determining needs of programs and appropriate methods of delivery.
This position will work cooperatively between Clinical Education, Marketing and their respective management teams utilizing Instructional Design methodologies to create best in class solutions for varying Customer education needs. Program timelines will be managed by this position in a dynamic rapid paced environment.
The function of this position is to be the primary source for the development of Customer education programs. This position will act within the area of assigned responsibility, which will enable Clinical Education and Marketing to produce effective education programs to support the Reprocessing business.
This position is fully remote and can be located anywhere in the Continental U.S.
