This remote role requires expertise in instructional design and curriculum development, focusing on customer training initiatives. The Instructional Designer role directly supports the Clinical Education Department through design & development of instructional material. This position will demonstrate and utilize effective needs analysis, project management, program development, and evaluation skills. In addition, this role will independently develop entry, intermediate, and advanced level programs for external audiences and act as a liaison between multiple departments in determining needs of programs and appropriate methods of delivery.
The function of this position is to be the primary source for the development of Customer education programs. This position will act within the area of assigned responsibility, which will enable Clinical Education and Marketing to produce effective education programs to support the Reprocessing business.
This position is fully remote and can be located anywhere in the Continental U.S.
