Job summary

The Planet Group seeks a Training Needs Analyst with a minimum of 2 years' directly related experience in classroom and/or web-based training analysis, instructional design, development, implementation, and maintenance. Experience applying the ADDIE methodology is preferred.

Candidates should demonstrate strong written communication and technical documentation skills, and be able to develop instructor-led, virtual, and computer-based training materials.

Job description

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or a related field preferred, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Operational knowledge or practical experience in one or more of the following industries:

• Power Generation
• Electric Transmission
• Electric Distribution

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.

Experience developing training materials that meet regulatory or compliance requirements.
