Job Title: Instructional Designer – Learning & Development

Location: Remote, CST time zone

Duration: 3-month contract with potential of extension

Compensation: $45/ hour W2

Work schedule: Monday-Friday (8 AM-5PM CST)

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and edit engaging learning experiences across various media formats.
• Support initiatives such as onboarding, compliance, leadership development, and apprenticeship programs.
• Conduct field visits to identify knowledge gaps and gather feedback.
• Collaborate on program implementation and long-term sustainability.
• Prepare and distribute training materials (e.g., handouts, visual aids, evaluations).
• Evaluate learning outcomes and recommend improvements.
