The Instructional Design Specialist will support the RiverTech contract with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Office of Administration. The role involves providing on-site expert support for developing and facilitating web-based and classroom training on USCIS Office of Administration Facilities and Logistics Management Divisions policies, procedures, processes, and organizational compliance requirements.
