• Demonstrated leadership qualities, with experience in teacher leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Implement BGCP’s instructional coaching approach.
• Assist instructors with resources for effective after-school planning.
• Design and deliver training sessions for staff.
• Guide data use to inform instructional decisions.
• Build collaborative relationships with instructors and site leaders.
