Job Overview

Seeking a dynamic, always willing to learn instructional coach.

Responsibilities

• Work with teachers, administrators, and district personnel to provide professional development or training on a model that will later be delivered by the instructional coach.
• Offer learning experiences to students as part of the coaching role.
• Provide support to districts in other areas of instruction as needed.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and trainings; all professional development is paid by the ROE.
• Highlight your areas of expertise to tailor coaching efforts.
