We are seeking an enthusiastic, growth-mindset individual who has a passion for engaging, authentic learning experiences and is strong in instructional practices.
The successful candidate will be required to complete fingerprinting through an approved fingerprinting vendor and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, within 48 hours of offer acceptance.
The Instructional Coach will work as a colleague with classroom teachers to support student learning in all content areas. The Instructional Coach will focus on individual and group professional development that will expand and refine the understanding of research-based effective instruction to facilitate focused connections towards the District and school UIPs.
This is a grant funded position on a three year grant.
Bachelor's degree or higher required from an accredited university or college. Completed a state approved Teacher Preparation Program.
Five or more years of successful teaching experience and one - two years minimum of coaching experience.
Growth mindset, willingness to learn & think creatively, strong collaboration skills and an articulate communicator.
Must hold a current Colorado Teaching Certificate.
