Good Shepherd Catholic School in Kendall, FL is seeking a qualified, full-time VPK Instructional Assistant to support early learners and contribute to a nurturing classroom.

You will collaborate with teachers to promote academic growth, meet VPK requirements, complete state childcare training, and uphold the mission of the Archdiocese of Miami. Hours are Mon–Fri, 7:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or higher in ECE/Child Development; Bachelor’s in Education preferred.
• Experience in a preschool classroom.
• State 40 hours childcare training with DCF.
• VPK standards/training and Literacy for the VPK instructor class preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel; PowerPoint a plus.
• Team-oriented and able to work with students, parents, and staff.
• Must be of good moral character and respectful of Catholic Church values; Catholic environment preferred.
• Professional demeanor with dress code adherence.

Good Shepherd Catholic School, located in Kendall (Dade County), is seeking a qualified and dedicated Full-time VPK Instructional Assistant for the current school year. We are looking for an attentive, nurturing, and collaborative professional who is committed to supporting student learning and contributing to a positive classroom environment.The VPK Instructional Assistant will work closely with faculty to help cultivate academic growth, critical thinking, and student success while performing all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the vision, mission, and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.

Hours: Mon – Fri, 7:30 A.M. – 3:30 P.M.

Qualifications:

• An Associate degree or higher in ECE/Child Development; Bachelor's Degree in Education preferred.
• Experience working in a preschool classroom.
• State 40 hours’ childcare training with Department of Children and Families.
• Completion of VPK standards/ training and Literacy for the VPK instructor class; preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; PowerPoint a plus.
• Team-oriented and able to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Must be of good moral character, and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in Roman Catholic environment preferred.
• Professional demeanor required, including adherence to dress code.
