Oasis XRE is seeking a full-time or part-time Instructional Assistant to support students and teachers at Virtual Horizons Charter School. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working with students, is comfortable with technology, and is excited about innovative approaches to education.
The Instructional Assistant will work directly with students and teachers in both virtual and in‑person settings. The position will provide academic support, assist with instructional activities, help students navigate virtual reality and educational technology, and support teachers with classroom and instructional needs.

We welcome candidates with strong relevant experience who may have developed their skills through a combination of education, employment, volunteer work, or other experiences.
This position includes both remote work and regular in‑person work in Lehi, Utah, generally two to three days per week.
The employee must be able to perform typical computer-based work for extended periods and regularly communicate with students and staff through video, audio, and virtual reality platforms. The position may require standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving instructional materials or technology equipment.
The employee may occasionally be required to lift, carry, set up, or transport computers, VR headsets, educational equipment, and supplies.
