Jordan School District is hiring under the Utah district training framework. Effective July 1, 2026, Lane 5 Step 1 pays $22.86 per hour, with mandatory Basic Training through the JSD Special Education Department.

Training must start within one week of hire and be completed within six months, with an optional 40 additional hours to reach lane 6. The district offers comprehensive insurance options and URS retirement, with employer-paid plans and optional 401k/Roth options.

Qualifications

• Must complete Basic Training (5 hours) provided by JSD Special Education Department.
• Training must be completed within one week of hire as a condition of employment.
• Additional 40 hours of training is available through the Special Education department allowing the employee to increase to lane 6 upon completion.
• Training must be completed within six (6) months from hire date as a condition of employment.
