Job summary

San Juan Unified is seeking an Instructional Assistant III for Del Campo High School. This part-time, 7-hour day position supports students with severe/emotional disturbances, working alongside teachers to implement instructional plans and classroom routines.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CBEST or district proficiency, and a willingness to obtain a CA Driver License if applicable. Salary includes a 5% hard-to-staff stipend and benefits under the CSEA schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Severe/Emotionally Disturbed students or related programs.
• Ability to work with groups of children and with impaired students or adults is highly desirable.
• Willingness to obtain a valid California Class C Driver License within 30 days of hire if needed.

Responsibilities
