We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and student-centered Instructional Assistant II to support students with diverse learning, behavioral, developmental, and physical needs in structured and specialized learning environments. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to inclusive education and who thrive in collaborative, hands‑on support roles that make a meaningful difference in students’ daily success.
This position primarily supports programs such as Structured Learning, Functional Skills, Basic Skills, and Community Transition, and plays a key role in helping students build academic, social, life, and vocational skills for increased independence.
The Instructional Assistant II works under the direction of licensed staff and program specialists to provide individualized and small‑group instructional support in special education and related settings. In addition to duties of an Instructional Assistant I, this role includes increased collaboration with teachers and specialists, direct implementation of specially designed instruction, and support of students across multiple environments, including classroom, community, and work‑based settings.
