Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated paraprofessional to support students in a high school resource room in Hillsboro, OR. This full-time contract role focuses on assisting students with diverse learning needs and collaborating with teachers to create a supportive academic environment.

You will provide academic, behavioral, and emotional support, help implement IEP accommodations, supervise students, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning culture alongside experienced staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional, especially in a school or high school resource room setting

• Solid understanding of confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Ability to provide academic, behavioral, and emotional support to students
