The Instructional Assistant will assist licensed staff with instructional and supportive tasks, provide one-on-one and small group tutoring, and supervise students during class time, lunch, and recess.
This position includes preparing instructional materials, maintaining records, grading assignments, and supporting the use of classroom technology.
Instructional Assistant's areexpected to contribute positively to staff meetings, demonstrate professional behavior, respect student confidentiality, and adapt to the changing needs of students and teachers.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, effective communication and interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and comfort with computers and technology.

Position Title: Instructional Assistant
Placement: Eagle Point Middle School, Eagle Point, Oregon
Supervisor: Principal or Designee
Contract Days: 182 days per year / 7 hours per day
Salary Range: $17.20-$24.45 per hour, depending upon verified previous full-time experience in a similar position
Salary listed indicates current 2023-2026 Collective Bargaining Agreement - subject to change
Position to begin September 8, 2026
