Under the Fair Labor and Standards Act this position is
non-exempt from overtime. Actual salary placement will be in accordance with the salary procedures of the Frederick County Public School System.Please see linked salary scale for the full range.
RoleThe
Instructional Assistant - Digital Learning Lab Mentor has the primary responsibility of providing an organized, supportive environment where students can earn credit using online courses facilitated by the teacher of record and managed by the Frederick County Virtual School (FCVS).
Essential FunctionsReporting to school administration, the Instructional Assistant - Digital Learning Lab Mentor performs, as a minimum, the following duties and responsibilities:
- Prepares and arranges materials for the day’s daily instruction, as provided by the online course and/or teacher.
