Job summary

Growing Minds Early Education Programs is seeking an Instructional Assistant to support the master teacher in day-to-day classroom operations and to assist in the care, development, and instruction of children in an early care program. The role emphasizes maintaining safe, appropriate staff/child ratios and fostering a positive learning environment for ages 0-5.

About this position

Description: The Instructional Assistant is responsible for assisting the master teacher in the day-to-day operations of the classroom environment. The Instructional Assistant’s primary job function is to provide service in the care, development, and instruction of children in an early care development program. To supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of each child enrolled in the program by maintaining appropriate staff/child ratios according to Title 5 Regulations.
