Job Description

AldenSchool is seeking exceptional candidates for the position of Instructional Assistant for direct student support in learning center and inclusion classroom environments for the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, Associates Degree considered with relevant experience
• Management skills that support students social emotional learning
• Experience meeting the needs of diverse learners
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
